Potential Extra Charges

Extra charges include, but are not limited to:

Locations that require the photographer to travel more than 30 miles. Every mile past 30 miles will incur a $0.25 charge.
Additional time will incur a $2.00 charge for every 10 min past the allotted time.
Parks or venues that charge an admission fee will have an additional charge based on the cost.
Studio sessions will have an additional charge based on the cost to rent the space.
Any unexpected extra travel and/or time will be invoiced after the session.

Refund Policy

Cancellation / Reschedule Refund Policy

If weather does not permit session to take place in scheduled time Client and Photographer will work together to schedule a new session. The retainer will be used towards this session. Client must reschedule within 3 months of original session.

If illness or personal emergencies occur for either Client or Photographer, both parties will work together to schedule a new session. The retainer will be used towards this session. Session must be rescheduled within 3 months of original session.

If the session must be rescheduled due to military or first responder service, Client and Photographer will work together to schedule a new session. The retainer will be used towards this session. If the session cannot be rescheduled within 3 months of the original session, the retainer will be returned in full to Client.

If client must cancel session for any other reason, the retainer will not be refunded.
